Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Payment System is a hassle free, fully integrated collections system for accepting card payments by telephone.

We greet the caller with voice prompts recorded specifically for you, and take them through a number of options. At the end of the call any payments taken are automatically debited and a transaction record created
If the caller cannot complete their IVR payment for any reason we have a number of options, including redirecting the call to your call centre, playing a pre-recorded message or taking a request for a call back.
Traditionally, collecting payment over the telephone requires staff manually handling calls from the public.
