One2One System
This web based service enables multiple users to send immediate individual SMS messages simply by entering a phone number and selecting the required message.
A number of message templates can be set up for each user allowing them to select an appropriate message and send it straight away. The system can also be configured to allow personalisation of the messages with details such as customer name or reference number. You can even set up individual users to be able to type whatever message content they want and send it out there and then.
Every message sent is recorded into a users campaign and can be viewed along with delivery receipts and times. Supervisors can also view the campaigns of their direct reports making it a useful tool for productivity or quality checking.
The One2One system automatically recognises whether the message is destined for a mobile or landline phone number and formats the message content accordingly.
