All messages sent are recorded for audit purposes and can be viewed along with delivery receipts and times by campaign or by user. Completed campaign information can also be downloaded directly from the site.

For customers who wish to monitor the response rates of different message types or campaigns quickly and easily you can use our advanced analyser reporting tool which shows call backs by hour or day. Information is shown in tabular or graphical form and can be printed directly from our site making it ideal for providing company reports and results.
