Voice Broadcasting

Our Voice messaging service allows you to send high volume personalised voice messages to your customers. There are two distinct products that you can utilise depending on whether you simply want to broadcast a message or whether you want to enable your customer to respond there and then.

Collstream Broadcaster - Broadcast a personalised voice message to hundreds or thousands of mobile and landline phones numbers either simultaneously or over a scheduled period of time.

Collstream Interactive - In addition to receiving a message customers can be presented with a series of options such as confirming their name, being transferred to a live agent or being routed to an automated payment system. Customers simply choose from the options you have presented them by pressing their keypad (press 1 to be transferred to an agent, 2 to make a payment etc)

Campaigns can be sent throughout the day with Real Time MI on messages delivered and response rates to each option chosen. You can elect to manage and load the campaigns yourself or our automated Communicator software can manage the entire process for you.
