Here at Collstream we stand by the promises we make and will never change our policies to make them less protective of the customers' information.

The Client shall indemnify and keep indemnified Collstream against all actions, proceedings, damages, costs, claims and expenses that may be suffered or incurred by Collstream arising out of the Content.

The Client warrants that at all times the Content does not and shall not contain any indecent, offensive or unlawful material.

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Agreement, neither party shall be liable for any delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including without limitation terrorism, riot, nuclear contamination, chemical or biological contamination, pressure waves and any delay caused by any act or omission of the other party)

Warranties and Exclusion of Liability

Each party represents and warrants to the other that it is entitled to enter into and perform this Agreement Collstream shall not be liable to the Client if there is failure howsoever arising of any or all of the Client, network provider or text message provider's servers or otherwise which prevents the Content being sent to the Client's customer.

Collstream shall have no liability under or in connection with this Agreement for indirect, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or contracts.

The express terms of this Agreement are in lieu of all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms and this disclaimer and any claim based on use of information from this website shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
