Voice broadcasting is a great way to get your message out, without the staff hours that would normally be involved.

You can send voice messages via our web service, or we can build a bespoke application for you. For instance you may want to generate a call back at a specific time in response to a customer request or you may want to generate a call to them as they respond to an advertising campaign or outbound message.

If you want to send messages directly from your own software our API (Application Programming Interface) puts you in control by enabling you to integrate our service seamlessly using XML-SOAP or SFTP.

Interactive Voice Messaging

Collstream’s Interactive service goes one step further. Customers have the option to respond to your message straight away, by asking to be transferred to a live agent for example, or to be routed to an automated payment system. It’s just a case of selecting the right option on their keypads.

We design each system individually so you get a service that fits exactly with your business. You can present customers with options such as requesting a call back or confirming an appointment is still convenient. Customers simply choose from the options you have presented them by pressing their keypads (press 1 to be transferred to an agent, 2 to make a payment etc.)
