Inbound call routing

When customers call your business, they’re putting your brand to the test. If their experience is good, they will go away with a great impression. So it’s important to be able to manage that experience and track the responses.

Inbound call routing (using Non Geographical Numbers) allows you to point a professional advertised number to a landline of your choice. For example, an 0800 number will allow your customers to call free of charge, whilst an 0844 number involves a cost of anything up to 5p/minute.

One of the key advantages of this set-up is that we can monitor the number of calls made in response to a particular promotion. As well as campaign-specific uses, some clients also use the numbers on their letterheads and general promotions.
